Most smaller streets are not paved and have no street lights yet. There are much more cars in Cambodia than in Vietnam.

The killing fields are mass graves of the victoms of the Khmer Rouge outside of Phnom Penh. These skulls were later recovered and are part of an open air museum.

Pickup tracks carry heaps of people in Cambodia, don't think this one is full yet.

Most house are still wooden and on stills, it's not really for flooding but to provide some shade for the animals and kids playing outside.

Even the local kids were watching, so the elephant doesn't come along here every day.

Thousands of people were gathered around a small wat right next to the Bayon temple.

The whole Angkor temple complex in located in a beautiful forest many kinds of trees.

Great tree on the main open space in the acient city of Angkor Thom. In the shade you can see a TukTuk, which most people used to get around between all the different temples.

These ladies were working in a remote temple of the Angkor complex and didn't speak English but were really nice and thought me some basic Khmer words.

All over the country petrol is supplied in coke or pepsi bottles. In the city they sometimes use bigger containers like here.

Luckily we didn't see many of these signs, but there are still millons of mines in more remote areas of Cambodia.

This was in rural Cambodia, I got a haircut in a small hut at the side of the street. Cost me 1500 riel, which is around 23p or 40 US cents. The local boys were watching.
